Poured a 500 ml bottle into a pint glass. A cloudy pale lemon. A one finger fine white head which diminished to a thin layer. Some patchy lacing.
Very spicy smell. Some fruity esters.
A big burst of flavour up front. Fruity lemon. A long but mild Brett finish.
A light body with good carbonation.
Very good. A smooth and well balanced wild ale. Interesting and worth a try.
