After drinking some crap NON ALC beers yesterday I decided to crack open a beer that I determined to be pretty good before I even drank any. Opened in 2025. Lets see how this aged.
Pours a thin white foam head. Nice amber color and had the same wild ale smell similar to their other beers.
A little bit cloudy. Taste is sour and tart. Some sweetness. You'll have to like other wild ale beers in order to like this one. Not as wild or yeasty tasting as their Intermodal beers, but it's still there. I notice some mild vanilla or oak barrel flavor.
Overall this is still a winner in my book. Not sure the $15 price tag fits the beer but price aside, it's a good one.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with light retention and not much lacing. Aroma of funky ester notes with some tart notes and light oak presence also noticeable. Taste is also a good mix of funky ester notes with some light tart notes Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but not as complex as some prior year version.
