An IPA is a series that acts as a creative outlet for all things IPA from Oss.
An APA is a sister series of sorts, with certain hoppy similarities in a lighter vehicle.
This batch of An APA is hopped with Cascade, Sterling, Simcoe and Galaxy. Notes of orange creamsicle, cedar and mango purée.

Pours milky gold with a frothy smallish head. The aroma is of stone fruit, mangos, pineapple and lemons with cookie dough in there too, The taste is pungent tropical fruit and berries. Bready pale malts in the back. The mouthfeel is full bodied and highly carbonated. The finish is highly bitter with loads of tropical fruit.
An excellent APA that even people not too into hoppy beers should give a try. Balanced and interesting.

Pours a light, opaque dirty yellow with a moderate head that stays a long while. Very light lacing as the beer is enjoyed. Ugly in the way one expects a hazy IPA to appear nowadays.
The aroma is broadly citrus, citrus peel and some evergreen.
The flavour follows closely with an added light tropical character and a nice bitter finish.
The body is surprisingly light. A little too light for my preferences.
A decent APA, but certainly not the best in the series of those I’ve had.
