Our vision for a new Sour IPA was clear and simple: juicy hop aromatics that highlight peach, mango, and melon, underscored by a hint of complimentary acidity. It’s more IPA than sour, but incorporates both hoppy and acidic elements to create a supremely thirst-quenching and tastebud-pleasing experience.
What it smells like, what it tastes like: Peach, cantaloupe, mango and yellow plum.

Appareance - Hazy dark golden brew with a couple fingers of long lived head.
Smell - A bit of citrus and also a touch of earthiness.
Taste - Same as the nose. There's a sourness aspect here that is quite pleasant as it's prominent but nt overpowering. Good interplay between the sourness and citrus flavors.
Mouthfeel - Medium-full bodied, carbonation is low.
Overall - Rather good sour IPA, that doesn't go full sour.
