Poured a thin pink white foam head. Ruby pink color. The tase is obviously of fresh bright red Montmorency cherries.
Mild grain after tase.
Tart and sour but not overly so. It's pretty good but not as good at those Belgium Lambic cherry ales I've been drinking.
If your looking for a light and sour beer with authentic real sour cherry flavor then this would be a good option.

Not too tart at all, in fact only so much cherry. Reddish coloured body, dissipating link foam. S'ok,Leaving most of the bottle for tenderizer a beef stew on the weekend. Freshness of base tartness has been tuned down in this series.
