Bottled December 17th, 2021 and opened on September 13, 2025. Let's see how this aged.
Pours a very thin foam head that fades away quickly. Solid ruby color. Smells like a classic wild yeast ale.
Taste is tart and sour with that wild ale flavor. There's still some sweetness from the grapes but not too much.
I actually quite like these wild yeast beers. This beer is good but I don't think it fits the $15 price tag. Price aside it's a solid beer that I would happily drink again.
