Another one of my rare Bellwoods brews - this one as a collab with Bissell Brothers from Portland Maine.
The beer pours hazy yellow. The nose is kind of honey but the dankness is an off-putting, unkept lady like yuckyness.
The taste and feel is somewhat bizarre. First of all, it's silky smooth (nice), but then the dankness mixes with a very watery concoction (bad) that ends in slightly bitter notes with that aforementioned unpleasant dankness found in the nose (mixed feelings).
All in all, I don't know which brewery made the bulk of the mistakes here, but if they ever work together again, I hope they go back to the drawing board, because this is a bit of a mess.

Only about one in fourty beers do I rate higher than the average Mad Rater, and this is one of them, also only five post-covid that has hit that illustrious spot for me.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
