Another one of these Wild Ale Sour beers. After drinking both of their Intermodal beers a couple weeks ago, I wasn't sure if this one would be any similar. I can tell you that it is. Similar wild smell and taste. I guess these Wild Yeast strains create this distinct smell and taste to them. They keep the tartness and mild sweetness like other Sour Ales but have their own outdoorsy touch to them. Smells kind of like wet dog or something. Either way, I kind of like it these. This beer pours a yellow orange color with a hint of pink or red. You can taste a bit of the sour cherry in it. I imagine a Medieval guy drinking beers like these.

These beers are not for everyone but if you want to try something unique that might be hard to find, then give one of these Wild Ales a try.
