So first of all, the beer isn't purple like the color of the can and name might suggest. I was half expecting it to to have a grape soda look or taste to it but glad they kept it natural like their other IPA's and not sure where they got the purple idea from.

Pours a good foam head. Nice yellow cream color, with a hint of orange tinge.
Keeps some lacing around the glass.
Very aromatic with hops and fresh citrous peel.
Maybe a little more hoppy and bitter than some of their other IPA's I've had recently. That's fine with me.
Classic grapefruit and orange juice taste to this IPA.
This is a decent IPA and is better than I was expecting. I really do recommend it for fans of IPA's, although it isn't anything too special and Bellwood's does make better.

Having had Veil beers, I would say this is like a good clone of a Veil beer, and I'm sure it had good guidance. Still a good NEIPA, very drinkable. Some lip acidic residual.

Purple Pacer is an amalgamation of our Purple Paisley IPA, and The Veil Brewing Co's car series.

Pours cloudy straw with orange glints and a fluffy, enormous head. The aroma is of pineapple, coconut and white grapes. The taste is an onslaught of the same flavors with pepper corns and berries in there too. The mouthfeel is full bodied and thick with carbonation and mouthcoating alpha acids. The finish is highly bitter and everlasting.

Yet another stellar IPA from one of the best producers in Canada.
