On tap @ Bar Hop.
A - Cloudy pale yellow with a thin layer of white head.
S - Fresh grapefruit peach and pine. Some mango too. A nice fresh citric and tropical fruit nose.
T - Good balance. Bitter up front with pine, grapefruit and peach notes. Some caramel sweetness in the background. A touch of mango is also present. A good American DIPA.
M - Medium body. Oily. Light carbonation.

The sister beer to Indie Ale House's Tommy Want Wingy. Same recipe for the two beers, but with different yeasts. American ale yeast in this beer.
Beer is cloudy orange in colour, with a moderate to large white head. Decent retention, nice lacing.
Fruit nose, orange and mango stick out. A bit of pine. Nice scent.
Flavour is very good. Quite fruity, mainly tropical but with citrus as well. Pineapple, grapefruit, mango. Fairly bitter. Pine and some weedy flavours. A nice balance between the simcoe flavours and the fruitier flavours of the other hops.
Full bodied, moderately carbontated. A bit oily. Nice.
Overall, very good. The flavour actually reminds me of Heady Topper, though it is not in the same league. Yum!
