very cool radler here, not sure i have seen melon in one of these before, from the bottle at the valencia tyris on tap location, which they may or may not also brew at. very light color to this, sunny yellow with a high and lasting white head, lots of bubbles, doesnt look watery or anything just super minimal. the nose is great, not sure why this doesnt have better ratings here, its clean lemon, real natural, no cleaner or candy or anything, and the melon, which is very interesting to me, one for being uncommon in beer, but two for covering so much aroma and flavor ground, in the nose its both sweet like watermelon and green and fleshy like waxy cucumber skin or watermelon rind, then in the taste its more juicy tropical like cantaloupe or honeydew, subtle and somewhat floral, really nice with the lemon, but its hard to really place what kind of melon it is. the base beer is simple, not sure if it is a proper lager or not, i would assume yes as its pretty snappy and crisp, and even with the fruit there is very little residual sugar in this. i think its a little brighter in aroma than in flavor where its somewhat subdued, but there is enough beer character here for it not to be juice or soda, i like the little bit of grain coming through and the minerality. unique recipe here and nicely executed, not sure if its brewed to this low strength or blended down, but its successful either way. one of the more unique radlers i can recall ever having, my wife and i both put it among our favorite beers at tyris!

De color amarillo turbio, con una leve espuma de poca retención. Cuerpo ligero y baja carbonatación. Aroma a cereal y limón.
