Pale gold color, thin white foam. Faint haze, light carbonation throughout. Has an intense citrus hop aroma with an intriguing grapefruit dominance. Very reminiscent to the Nelson hop, which is my favorite, or is at least the closest thing to it I've tried.
More grapefruit citrus in the flavor, with light, dry crackery malt balance in the background and finish. The bitterness is pretty sharp and lasting. Clean, medium bodied, with a good spritz of fine carbonation. Low alcohol.
Another Unihopper to be savored! I like the grapefruity hop twang, it really grows with each sip. More intense and less balanced perhaps than some others in the series, but honestly just as drinkable. Would like to see the Apollo hop featured in a bigger IPA even. Recommended.
