L: Pours a slightly muddy dull brown with almost no head or lacing on the glass.
S: A nice sourness hits the nose, followed by notes of caramel, a lighter red wine, a bit of sweet malt and notes of vinegar but less vinegar than usual from the style.
T: Strong sourness hits the tongue first, with a touch of raspberry and grape, notes of caramel and a hint of red wine.
F: Carb is a little lower than I'd prefer.
O: Not quite as sour and vinegar as I expect from the style but still a decent take on the style.
