A collaboration with 3 Sheeps Brewing.
A) arrived with a thin, wispy head. Dark, opaque body. Semi-sticky lacing on the drink down.
S) Not as aromatic as some saisons. More fruity, floral notes liken to Belgians.
T) Chewy malts tones. Dark fruits - plum, cherry. Slight sour notes. Smoky.
M) Medium to full bodied. Low carbonation. Clean.
O) A tasty saison. The dark grains add some nice flavor to the profile.
