On tap at Haven Gastropub in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a hazy dark copper with a foamy khaki head that settles to a film on top of the beer. A foamy curtain of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, wheat, citrus zest, and alcohol aromas. Taste is much the same with malt and citrus zest flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with slightly subtle aromas and flavors.
