A limited edition session lager brewed with barley, oats, rye and wheat to create a refreshing, medium-bodied brew with an orange hue.
Locally-sourced honey provides a sweet, floral note to balance the spicy, rye malt character, creating the perfect combination of subtle complexity and easy drinking.

Look - A hazy yellow with very little head that dissipates quickly
Smell - Sweet and fruity
Taste - A sweet tasting beer with honey and citrus notes. Pretty good for a 4% ABV
Feel - Nicely carbonated
Overall I enjoyed this beer. Maybe not a session beer but pleasant none the less.

DATE: July 20, 2020... OCCASION: enjoying a round of rummy with the Morgans in the Poconos... GLASSWARE: nondescript mug... pours a murky iced tea consistency with lazy bubbles; no head to speak of past its first ten seconds...mostly opaque... butter and hard fruits abound--pear and apple, lactic cream, some clove and a light citrus curiosity... medium-bodied, smooth and slick... not much of a finish before its beefiness... at 4% ABV, easy drinking and intentionally so... apple and toasted cracker dominate, with peach, pear, tea leaf and sugary sweetness at the finish... this produces a sugary sweet pucker in the guise of a lager... buttery notes or butterscotch notes? this offers enough of a unique flavor profile to induce the next sip...

From a 12 fl. oz. bottle with a bottling date of 10/04/19. Sampled on Oct. 26, 2019.
Golden-yellow color with excellent clarity and quick fading white head. Active carbonation.
The aroma emits a cracker and toasty sensation coupled with honey and a distant floral hop character. Seems inviting.
Light to medium, smooth body.
The flavor is sweet and alive with honey. I mean mit is brewed with honey so you are going to get it and I do. Clean, crisp and bright finale.

16oz. can served in my Spiegalu ale glass. Pours a lovely, translucent orange with a loose, half-inch, fizzy, off-white head that quickly disperses towards the edges. Nose expresses mild grassy notes and hints of corn sweetness. Taste is fairly sweet upfront, and grassiness follows. Mouthfeel is light in body with an easy, even carbonation. Overall, A decent American lager. If there was a little less adjunct sweetness this would really hit mark for me.

Bottle to lager glass. Green stamp of 050819 (guessing that's the bottling date?) Not sure.
The appearance was a mild chill hazed yellow color with an ever so slight transparency about it. One finger's worth of white foamy head sustained approximately 45 seconds and dissipated to leave a concave rim of sliding lace with my sips.
The aroma had some skunkiness in front of sweet biscuits, light dose of honey, some grassy hops, however, all of this seems to fade extremely quick as it warms.
The flavor seems to portray a keen sweetness rolling through honey tones, grassy hops and biscuits. Just a tickle of honey and skunky grassiness in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation and a nice smoothness. Semi-sticky finish with some honey.
Overall, actually not bad to me. The skunkiness throughout seems contained enough to not be annoying. I could come back to.
