Had on tap at Oath Day. I love how this saison has really taken to the oak bourbon barrel in the taste, with the light yeast and straw flavors have bonded and taken on a bright boozy and oak sour note, but even more so I love how the feel has adapted, resulting in a bright, thin, yet chewy mouthfeel. Smells strongly of our sour and booze.
