Served in a cervoise at Durty Nellie's.

Thinking about it more deeply, it was probably only a matter of time before the SO boys collaborated with Tomme Arthur... Anyway, this stuff pours a clear sunrise brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises grass, sweet biscuit, and a mild smattering of Belgian yeast-borne spices. The taste brings in more of the same, but ups the spice ante (particularly favoring nutmeg and cinnamon) and throws in a pinch of lemon peel for good measure. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, a nice little BPA, but nothing really all that noteworthy. I'm actually interested, though, to see if the other Horsemen are in the offing...
