Burnished yellow with perfect clarity and a finger of white foam.
Subtle aroma, with notes of pear and orange, as well as a little cantaloupe and green onion. Light tropical notes are evident. Malt is doughy and adds very little.
The flavor brings pear and papaya, with a whisper of sweetness. The fruitiness is juicy and delicious. There's a touch of green onion. The finish is fruity, smooth, and clean . Upper light to lower medium body with upper moderate carbonation and a sticky mouthfeel.
A nice beer and an interesting hop.
