On tap at the brewery tasting room. Greenish yellow with white foam. Not much prickly carbonation but a nice smooth mouthfeel. Some pale malt makes for a substantial body. Hugely fragrant with magnolia blossoms and something fruity.

This Hallertau Blanc hop is so interesting but it has such an insistent flavor. Pineapple with a Mountain Dew finish, and then the bitterness nails on the coffin lid. Very educational but barely drinkable. Maybe in a smaller dose this would make an ideal less bitter Plsener style.

Another showcase hopped Bachelor, it being my first I had nothing to compare it to but it was excellent! Beautiful color, enticing lacing, tangerine peel, pithy citrus skin, toasted bread, well worth seeking out if they brew it again.
