Pours a pinkish rose color (almost like a sparkling wine), without any head.
Smell has a bit of funk, and light notes of wine barrel must
The sip leads with tartness and berry, and finishes with a dry funk...think barn yard
Finely carbonated and persistent small bubbles...drinks almost like sparkling wine instead of beer
