Got one on tap at the Public House, La Jolla.
An excellent beer overall! The hoppiness is there, but it is clean and crisp, and not to the point of an APA or IPA. Strong malt backbone, but still balanced with the hop. I can have this all day!

Really delicious, balanced light gold pilsner. Tried on tap at Societe brewing. The Mistress has a floral and citrusy aroma. The pilsner is well balanced with slight malt sweetness, followed by a great blend of floral, citrus, and a hint of spice from the hops. The balance of the hops as well as the balance between hops and malt stands out here. The carbonation level gives the beer a nice zing, freshness, and mouthfeel. Overall, a very crushable (but still kinda interesting) pilsner that would be perfect for day drinking.
