The beer emerges from the 12-ounce clear bottle a clear gold color with a smallish off white head and very little lace. Nose is sweet with hints of lime, crisp and clean, start is sweet with a light grain profile, and the tart Lime flavor is actually somewhat refreshing. Finish is stingingly acidic, the hops light and the aftertaste dry, this beer and two others in this line were given to me by a friend, and I feel obligated to sample them at least, because I know she will ask if I drank them.
