Another single for review of new Mich "craft" beers.
A -- Thick, light tan head with a good red to copper color.
S -- Vague caramel malt with some sulfur peeking through. Slightest hops back.
T -- Starts with some caramel-like sweetness that quickly fades to a very dry roasted character back with some metallic character in the finish. Some vague hop bitterness also in the finish. Wish the sweetness would hang around a bit longer.
M -- Light medium body with a dry mouth-feel.
D -- As drinkable as any red ale, could tend to get cloying with the dryness after a couple, but not a bad beer to style.
