Beer #38 in the series.
Amber coloured ale with an attractive creamy thick creme coloured head
Definitely English hops in the aroma..leafy ,like tobacco even.., hazelnuts..and a small amount of floral hop.
A supremely balanced beer in taste...the thick malts are not dominated by the hops..sweet yet easy. English style..
Very smooth and creamy mouth feel but broken up by drying hop bitterness..adds drinkability.
A great beer..another winner from Gigantic

22 oz bomber best by 9/10/16 consumed 7/27/16. Poured to shaker with medium density head of a couple fingers, brownish amber color, good lacing, and mild haze. Toffee malt nose and hop fruitiness. Exceptional balance of malt and hop with some sweetness and mainly bitter hop profile. Finish is bitter and surprisingly dry. Above medium body and average carbonation.

22 oz. Bomber
Pours a pretty nice slightly cloudy golden brownish color, nice carbonation, with a small creamy off-white head, which leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is mostly malty, with some hops. The taste is malty, hoppy, nice sweetness. Medium body, nice little bitter finish. Overall, a nice thirst quencher.

Appearance: Wonderful dark amber-copper colour, partial finger of loose fluffy foam head with a medium retention and a light lace.
Aromatics: Has a sweet caramel/toffee mixed with an ever so subtle hint of earthy citrus.
Taste: I'm still getting used to figuring out the different flavours amongst the hops, but this one is in that middle range, not overpowering, a relatively nice bitterness in relation to sweetness of the malt that tends to sit at the edges of the palate. The pre-scent of caramel accents the sip very nicely.
Feel: Definitely has a snapping dry and earthy bitter finish that quickly and cleanly subsides.
Overall: A great ale that has a nice balance in malt and hops. Easy drinking, and not as pretentious as some IPAs can be.

Served in a wine glass at District Tap House.
4/3.5/3.5/4/3
Dark, very hazy honey-brown with no head.
Some lemon.
Ah. The English pale. Why can't we leave this relic in the past or over seas where it belongs? It's coppery, malty, caramelized, and vaguely herbal. It's good -- especially the caramel -- but not my cuppa tea.
Full bodied and smooth.
Ever since the bone dry Gigantic of yore, I have high hopes for this brewery. This one doesn't live up to expectations.

a: its a hazy burnt caramel color with some hints of light ruby and brown. 1/2 finger frothy white head
s: zesty citrus, lemongrass, large floral notes, pineapple, apricot, sweet caramel, bready yeast
t: sweet caramel, ripe apricot, grapefruit, sweet orange, orange zest, a slight yeast-spice, and a faint buttery flavor. there is a nice earthy/floral presence in here that is quite refreshing. large bready presence in here as well...like eating a fresh roll
m: medium mouthfeel, with average carbonation that holds it together
o: some nice flavors in here, but its a bit middle of the road and can't decide between the sweetness or the fruity. the battle lends some nice characteristics, but i feel its just a tad heavy for the style. average beer thats worth a go, and definitely enjoyable to kick back and drink
