Foamy, strong lacing, opaque golden color. Scent is slightly funky and lemony, bit of grassiness and malt. Taste presents zesty lemon, light malt notes, a bit of green apple. Lighter bodied, crisp, an almost dry finish. Excellent version of the style, very easy drinker.

Gold with a big white head slowly shrinking to thin lasting foamy top; a little lace. Aroma full bodied with lots of fresh bright grass, grain, herb. Taste similar with a bright and full bodied character, nice light but firm sweetness with bright, zesty bitterness, very nicely balanced. Lots of grassy herbal character with nice base of grain and hint of apple. An outstanding example of what a classic American pilsner should be.
