16oz can served in a pint glass. Dated 09/05/2025.
Pours mostly clear dark gold with a medium sized head and medium carbonation. Smell is surprisingly on the fruit cup side of the spectrum, not what I expected from a Centennial fresh hop. Some orange blossom, some honeysuckle.
Taste is more in the direction I expected Centennial to take things. Bitter, fruit skin and pine and lemon rind. Fruit cup notes are there but in the background.
Mouthfeel is a little on the thin side. Pretty good, overall.

Centennial, 2024 edition.
From a can, about a month out. Pours with a warm mahogany tanned leather color. Tremendous foam. Light yet noticeable hopping on the nose, with some candied orange notes. The sip is balanced, malty with some citrus hop sweetness. Light bitterness. Low fresh hop character.

Look: Light amber in the glass and slightly opaque with a nice off-white head that ends as a lid, leaving a ring of lacing behind
Aroma: Whoa, Cent City here. Lychee/sweet rose, limes, freshly cut grass, Koreanspice viburnum, daylily, tea olive, and bready malt
Taste: Kicks off with a full-on assault of cut grass and floral goodness that comes across as many times the strength it was on the nose. Sweet rose is the star but a barrage of flowers too long to list and too hard to discern are in play. Limes are evident too as is a light vegetal note from the fresh hops and closes with more cut grass and lychee
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, lightly slick, medium-high carbonation, and clean on the finish with minimal dryness
Overall: This is some good stuff. As far as the heavy floral component of Centennial hops goes, this beer showcases that extremely well and not only does it bring plenty of fresh hop character to the plate, it is a good beer even if that part was missing and reminds me of a very fresh and fresh-hopped Two Hearted IPA. Delicious, well-made, and recommended
