Strong, dark & seductive Belgian-inspired quadrupel with 7 different malts. Complex & vinous palate of plum, fig, cherry, caramel, marzipan & a dusting of cocoa. Fermented in our open fermentation vessel.

Had it at Bluejacket. From notes.
A - Poured nearly black with reddish edges and one finger of brown head. Booze legs and spotty lace with a film of retention.
S - Dates and spice, yeast, sugar, booze.
T - Nice booze, vinous, dark fruit, sugar.
M - Good carbonation, full body, sweet finish then super dry.
O/D - A nice Quad. Wee presented with cool and slightly different than typical flavours. Seemed a bit restrained, but good overall.
