Four ounces into a snifter at the brewpub.
Pale lemon, faint collar, catty bubbles appearance maintaining a thin collar while drinking.
Aroma small, wet smelling malt and pappery. Lots of seltzer thin notes.
Palate comes weakly with a continued damp feel. Cardboard. Lifeless seltzery body, with a tang and powdered pineapple juice package. Flat dead carbonation, barely even fills the palate while drinking.
Funk? Farmhouse? Saison? I dont think so. I am not sure what this is.
