Bottle shared by the man himself. Thanks Gene.
Yellow body, mild haze with a small white collar. Aromas of hops, citrus, light funk, floral scents, a hint of spice. Delicate sourness with hints of stone fruit. Nicely done.

Shared by Gene himself at the 2015 RBWG.
Citrusy aroma, primarily lemon, and spicy.
Moderately tart and moderately complex flavor.
Light body and carbonation.
O: not my style but thankful for the opportunity to try this.

Huge thanks to Gene for busting this one out for us. Pours clear golden yellow with a small film of white head, quickly dissipating down to nothing at all, leaving no lace on the glass.
Smells of mild barnyard funk, basement must, wet hay, bit of citric fruit rind and some doughy pale malt. Taste is nearly the same with the funky barnyard must up front quickly being joined by the mild citric fruit rind and finally the chewy pale malt. Tart, chewy feel from start to finish.
Overall a pretty solid saison. A bit doughy but still pretty easy drinking. Thanks again Gene!

On draft to celebrate Travlr's 10,000th rate (congrats Gene!). This beer was brewed in collaboration with Intangible Ales.
The pour is a hazy bright golden yellow with a thin ring of white head. The nose is lemon, a little funk, some berry, a little grass and just a tad bit of vinegar. The flavor is well balanced, only mildly sour, very juicy, lots of citrus and lemongrass notes, good tart notes. Overall, this is pretty good.
