Crowler from brewery. Muddy yellow golden, flat. Aroma is sour overripe fruit. Taste is lightly sour, not in a good way. Lightly salty. Not sure what happened here

a simple, clean, and well made gose here, more drinkable than most out there because the acidity is really low, its just tart enough to be dry and a little puckery but not acidic enough to sit in the belly funny, hurt my teeth, or warm up with a caustic sort of intensity. i think they did a really nice job with this overall. the souring is tidy and precise, the wheat malt can still be tasted, and the saltiness is obvious without being too much, the balance between all the elements is excellent, and we found this refreshing, even a gose for a pint glass, which is a rarity for me. there is a soft lemon note here from the lacto, and an almost noble sort of hop profile at the end, some minerals and earthiness from the salt without it taking over, and really nice carbonation to keep it summery and uplifting as i drink it. for how popular this style has become in recent years, there are still a ton of bad ones out there, and its nice to find such a solid locally made example of it. they should can this one, if they dont already, even consider making it year round. they have something here!
