On-tap at Neshaminy Creek's 3rd Anniversary.
Poured into a clear plastic cup.
Appearance
Murky reddish-brown with a short tan head that dissipates quickly. Moderate carbonation.
Nose
Pinot Noir, grapey, winey, fig, funk, and lemon.
Taste
Tons of Pinot Noir and oak flavor. Some charred notes. Fig, date, and again, red grape. Light tartness with a barnyard funk. Touches of lemon and earth.
Mouthfeel
Medium bodied, crisp, and dry.
Overall
2 years in a Pinot Noir barrel that you can definitely taste. Tons of wine, tons of oak.
