750 ml bottle poured into a stemmed tulip.
Appearance
Hazy gold with 2 fingers of tight white head. Moderate carbonation.
Nose
Peach, Sweet Tarts, potpourri, lemon, coriander, and oak.
Taste
Peach, apricot, Sweet Tarts, and lemon zest. Potpourri, coriander, dried hay, and pink peppercorn. Hints of oak and dry white wine.
Mouthfeel
Light, crisp, tart, and dry.
Overall
This is a really refreshing Sour Saison at the 7.1% abv. The wine barrels bring out a lot of really nice oak flavor. The Brett yeast keeps it dry.
