This beer is pretty to look at but sadly it hits pretty average in all other categories. Pours a very pretty reddish purple, almost the color of beets. Smell is of blueberries and sea salt. Flavor is pretty much nonexistent, which is not what I'd expect. There is a very subtle sweetness from the blueberries but its hit or miss whether it comes through in a given sip. The saltiness you'd expect from a gose is also not present except in the feel, and what you get is something that tastes like a cross between a LaCroix sparking water and a 0 calorie hard seltzer. I taste absolutely no tartness in the slightest. The feel is heavily carbonated and somewhat prickly but the added salt subdues the prickliness enough to make it easily drinkable.
I generally like the offerings from Neshaminy Creek so ill chalk this up to either a bad batch or the can I got might be old seeing as the beer is listed as retired -- there is no date anywhere on the can. Nonetheless I'm quite disappointed in this one.

Bit of a sleeper, this sour is very tasty and goes down extremely smooth but sours are very hard to perfect but none the less a great beer to try if you're hanging by the crick.

Hazy pink color with no head or lacing.
Strange mix of slight butter and vanilla notes in the nose and taste. A little mineraly. A little bit of blueberry. Moderate tartness.
Thin body and high carbonation. Very prickly.
Not sure what happened here. My girlfriend had it at the source on Monday night and said it was a completely different beer. Something is off with this keg. As it stands, probably one of the weirdest/worst goses that I've ever had.
