A: A pink grapefruit pour has a dirty white head with rose highlights. The head was fizzy, bubbly, and quick to dissipate under a rapid dose of carbonation beneath. No visible lacing on the glass walls but I really do like the pink grapefruit like coloring.
S: Tart cherries, smells like pilsner malts, wheat, with some dried fruit skin and cherry juice adding sweet highlights. Average awareness.
T: Tart flavor, a bit acidic, sour like, but with very bright mentions of cherries. Perhaps some pine grapefruit citrus, fresh apple mash in between but it is the cherries that dominate and the focus here. Lightly tart.
M: Crisp active carbonation with a acidic tartness on the tongue.
O: I am always a bit hesitant with cherry wheat beers due to an infamous example that needs no calling out. Sharp cherry flavor, nicely soothing sourness, tart, but ultimately better suited for smaller sampling. Fruity and sweet.

Had this on 2018-05-31 in Philadelphia, PA from a just-filled growler from Whole Foods 1/2 mile from my hotel at Penn’s Landing
A - Almost opaque dark pink with a 1/2-finger light pink head.
S - Cherry, hibiscus, whole grain wheat bread.
T - Pretty sweet initially but then it tastes like lightly toasted sourdough bread with reduced sugar cherry jam. Hibiscus floral spice adds some excitement.
M - Light body and light-Medium carbonation.
O - Would be perfect with some authentic Mexican food in place of the typical Mexican soft drink with the same flavors. This beer is fine and well-made but it’s not something I would seek out again.

Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company "Cherry Hibiscus Wheat"
$2.50/4 oz. at the brewery on 14 April 2018
Notes: Listed at 5.2% ABV. Hazy pinkish body with ruby highlights beneath a short but creamy pinkish-white head. Some sweetish cherry appears in the otherwise clean aroma, but both hibiscus and sour cherry appear in the flavor although it's still quite sweet at the same time. Very nicely balanced, leading to a dry, acidic finish.
