22 oz bottle with maroon wax over the cap. No date.
Amber in color with great clarity. Tall white head with good retention thanks to lively carbonation.
Fresh, lightly toasted grains in the aroma. Flavor follows suit with the addition of spicy hops to the mix. Great balance between the two throughout the beer. Dry finish and super clean. Immensely drinkable. Medium-light bodied.
The all-PA malt version of Churchville Lager builts upon the outstanding base version. I'd love to do a side by side tasting of the two, but my guess is they would be very similar. This is not a beer to examine and pick apart, it's a lager meant for drinking, and an excellent one at that.

Clear amber bronze with a fast dissipating tan tinted head. No lacing and hardly any crown. Lightly sweet aroma. Light tea-like impression with a hint of caramel and nice crispness to it. Clean, slightly caramel finish. Medium bodied with a soda like carbonation. Pretty nice.
