Poured into a standard pint
L: Aggressively over-carbonated. When poured from a can with a slight glug the initial head encompassed 75% of the glass, but it did dissipate quickly enough. Required 4 pours to get the entire can into a glass without head spilling over. Color is a very hazy light red that is very pretty to look at. Carbonation is overly present in the glass after pouring and visible for a long time.
S: Smells exactly like it should - Rich cherries and a very present berliner funk. The amount of funk in the nose might lead one to expect the beer to taste overly sour but a sip proves otherwise.
T: Delicious. Cherry flavor heavily dominates the initial taste but its not an overly sweet or medicinal cherry flavor and instead is very crisp and refreshing. The cherry quickly fades to a bit of funky tartness but just the right amount without being overly soured. Finish is incredibly dry with almost no lingering flavors. Overall a very crisp and refreshing beer to drink, reminiscent of summer days.
F: I'm usually a big fan of Neshaminy Creek but this beer is absurdly over carbonated, which is not the norm for any other beers I've had from the brewery. Throughout the entire sip the carbonation is overly present and it muddles and overpowers what could have been an amazing Berliner. That being said, the beer is still very competitive in other categories.
O: This is definitely an above average Berlinerweisse for me, but the aggressive carbonation takes its potential down a peg or two. I'd love to see this same recipe brewed again with less carbonation. I'll gladly finish the remaining 3 from the 4-pack of tallboys I purchased, but I'll be seeking out other options in the future to get my Berliner fix.

Orange , cranberry color, with a medium light body. Carbonation is in excess out of the can but dissipates quickly leaving a somewhat flat feel .
Aroma is sour, dry unsweet cherry juice, and grain /wheat
Taste is not overpowering but it first comes off tart , sour, with just a slight sweetness. The cherry comes off very dry and the grain has a mild bitterness that lingers. These aren't bad, it actually made the beer very enjoyable
