Black with a finger of mildly-fizzy dark mocha head that leaves modest lacing.
Roasted malts with a little hazelnut and vanilla in the nose.
“Squishy” and sweet tasting. I get marshmallow and banana up front, with some vanilla wafers, biscotti, a little hazelnut, and a little chocolate behind. A little plum and berry show in there, too.
Medium bodied with a slick feel and a little fizz to the carbonation.
Decent, easy-drinking dessert stout that’s not obnoxiously sweet and has enough elements to keep it interesting.
