Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed out medium golden pour with big fluffy white head. Great lacing.
S: Citrus and lemon. Herbal hops and light grains.
T.F: Strong malt bill with caramel and bread. Grainy... strong citrus, with orange rind, grapefruit, and lemon coming in towards the finish. Some herbal notes... a bit of pine. Light on the tropicals and definitely citrus heavy. Medium bodied... hides its ABV. Smooth and creamy. More lemon peel at the finish.
O: An interesting flavor... and definitely a change-up from some of their other IPA's. Decent flavor... definitely showcasing some lemon character. Enjoyable but won't be a favorite.
