This brand new beer is an ode to Philadelphia, our beloved city known for its quirks, contradictions, and “unique” personality. Philly Pucker has a soft mouthfeel, complex fruity hop flavors of lemon, lime, orange, tropical fruit with notes of vanilla with a pleasant tartness. Hopped with Trident, El Dorado, Sultana, and Lotus giving Philly Pucker a slightly herbal aroma with hints of passionfruit and pineapple. Just like in Philly, there’s a lot going on here.

Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is hazy gold, head is off white with fine/small bubbles, head presents 1 finger thick , then dissipates to solid top, some spotty lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is mixed hops, malt, acidic bite: malt is lightly biscuity, hops are citric and acidic note blend with the rest for a sweet tart like note.
Taste has more pronounced maltiness, light bread and biscuit, tart sourness overtakes with a citric and lactic bite, hops are througout with a citric and maybe lighter herbal addition.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness and moderate sourness, lighter bitterness with a drying finish.
Overall a nice hopped sour ipa - solid maltiness, light sourness, notable hoppy character.
