Pushing Daisies, our new Kölsch Style Ale, is finally ready to spring out even if the weather isn't cooperating. Crackery with a light grainy malt character, Pushing Daisies delights with subtle white grape notes imparted by the German Kölsch yeast. The clean and crisp finish is bolstered by the earthy bitterness of Herkules and Tettnanger hops. We may be biased but this beer is just an all around pleasure.

Clear gold appearance.
Medium light carbonation with a close to medium body.
Aroma is almost nonexistent but theres some grain and cereal.
Taste is grain,corn,dry cereal
Overall its okay,taste being the strongest and most pleasing part
