Tried a can on 4/28/22. Nose was full of guava and had a really nice smell. Obviously if you’re not a fan of any kind of fruit associated with your IPA selections, this beer might not be up your alley. I expected a well hopped (DDH) IPA with some serious fruit backbone (guava, orange and passion fruit) and Neshimany delivered a juice bomb. First sip caught me a bit off guard not in a bad way. As I dove in for more I found myself understanding the beer and liked each sip more and more. I ended up crushing 4 cans in a row I liked it so much. Clocks in at 8.8% abv. Always was a fan of original Shape of Hops to Come until Neshimany Creek tweaked the recipe and lowered abv from 9.0 or 9.5% to 8.5%. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it NC. This beer hits the mark big time for what it represents and tastes like it should. Very well done. Oh, I liked it so much I ordered 1/6 barrel to have at my outside pool bar. Looking forward to having some aloha hazy shape of hops and some sun. I give this beer a solid 90.

Pours hazy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is tropical citrus. Taste follows with citrus and some hop bitterness, very pleasant. Feel is good, smooth and rich. Overall it's a solid Imperial IPA.
