This double dry-hopped behemoth starts with a base of white wheat, flaked oats, and flaked wheat. Then, we harness the mystical powers of Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Mosaic hops to combine with the enchanting flavors of peaches and silky smooth lactose for a truly spellbinding brew!

Double dry-hopped hazy imperial pale ale with peaches and lactose.
I enjoy lactose infused beer; lactose adds enough sweetness to balance bitterness and dryness from a higher APV%. The lactose also highlights any added fruit flavor. The beer was on the high end of my price range, but a beer distributor told me lactose infused beers are more temperamental to store.
My kitchen fruit-fly seems to prefer this beer over bananas or cut oranges - who can argue with Mother Nature.
