We're celebrating 11 years of brewing hullabaloo with a new Hazy DIPA that goes beyond the pale - Cosmic Bull Shark. In addition to stalwarts like Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin, this beast is brewed with Phantasm - a powder compound derived from New Zealand Marlborough Sauv Blanc grapes that are rich in thiol precursors known for their extraordinary aromas of citrus, guava, and passionfruit. Cosmic Punch Ale yeast was specifically selected for enhancing those thiols and boosting the beer’s vibrant tropical flavors and bouquet. All of that combined creates a beer that is so dank and fruity, it might as well be from another planet.

A - Hazy medium golden orange with a thin dense layer of white creamy foam.
S - Resiny citrus and apricot along with passionfruit.
T - Apricot, tropical fruit, passionfruit, very fruity overall, finishes on the sweeter side and leaves a little bit of a white grape presence on the palate. Some alcohol is poking through.
M - Big medium body with some thinness around the edges.
O - Solid, but not fully on board with the leftover grape residue (just not my thing).
