Poured into grip shaped goblet, color is gold, clear, head is off white and presents less than one finger thick, head dissipates to nothing with feint ring along glass sides.

Smell is toasted malt, light caramel, light bread and biscuit, grassed hops.

Taste is toasted malt, bread, caramel, biscuit, grassed and light herbal hops.

Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.

Overall great bock style - maybe inbetween styles as bock/maibock and seems to have the hopping characteristics of a maibock.

A basic lager with crafr appeal, billed as a bock but seemed like a lager with a tinge of amber heartiness. Drinkable but not worthy of a repeat for me.

16oz can into a pint glass. No freshness dating, but a recent addition in my usual bottle shop, brewed for Star Wars Day release. (May the Fourth be with You)

Nice light copper body, small white head, decent lacing. Bready malty caramel aroma continues into the taste. Smooth, nice sweetness, very late in the finish there's a pleasing bitterness. Good balance.

Overall, went back and forth as to whether to add this as a Maibock, but by BA guidelines seems more like a single block. Very solid beer, glad to have a few more in reserve.
