Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is straw gold, slight chill haze, head is off white and frothy presenting 2 fingers thick, head dissipates to solid top with spotting lacing.
Smell is light biscuit malt, some lemon like hops, light herbal note, some grass.
Taste is more malt, biscuit and light honey, hops are more floral and very light lemon, some herbs.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, light sweetness, light/moderate bitterness; a lingering light mineral fullness.
Overall a pretty clean pilsner, not overly malty or bittered, and fuller, possibly minerally mouthfeel.

Triumph of Steel - from Neshaminy Creek. 16 fl oz can purchased from Franklin Beer Co, Franklin, PA, 01/07/24, $ 3.50 (Including tax), $ 0.219/fl oz. Reviewed 11/07/24 (Review 3315). Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Undated can. Stored in reefer at the distributor, 34 degrees at home. Served at 41.5 degrees F in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. The final temperature was 51.0 degrees F.
Appearance – 4.
First pour – Pale straw (SRM 2), slight haze.
Body – Straw (SRM 3), slight haze. Under direct light, same with precipitate. When rear-lite, same.
Head – Large (Maximum 5.2 cm, aggressive center pour), white, high density with a rocky top, leaving a jagged 1.3 – 2.2 cm crown and a thick, partial cap.
Lacing – Poor. Scattered islands of tiny bubbles and a few ill-defined clots adhering to the remnants of the head.
Aroma – 3.25 – Weak nose – light, slightly floral hops. No yeast, no malt, no alcohol (4.9 % ABV, according to the can).
Flavor – 4.5 – Follows the nose. No yeast, no malt, no alcohol. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl. No gastric warming. Crisp and a bit bitter on the aftertaste.
Palate – 3 – Medium; watery; soft carbonation.
Final Impression and summation: 3.5 (After deducting 0.25 point for an undated personal container) The can states that this is an Italian-style pilsner, but that style classification doesn’t currently exist in BA. Whatever it is, it’s a decent take on a pilsner.
