Got a 16 oz. can of this last weekend when I went on an overnight trip w/ the family to Erie, PA. Poured into one of my pint glasses, this beer pours a dark brown color with a creamy looking tan head that's about an inch thick when first poured. Head settles fairly quickly to a very thick ring lining the inside of the glass along w/ some nice, big cluster swirls of film layer surface foam. Decent lacing. Aromas of some roasted, bready malts w/ some chocolate and oatmeal notes along w/ a bit of earthy hops. An extremely similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned roasted, bready malts that gives way to some dark chocolate with s bit of sweetness and some earthy hops that balance out the overall flavor profile nicely. Has a crisp, also smooth, light to medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Excellent drinkability w/ a pretty clean, slightly dry finish. The flavor all linger nicely on my palate in the aftertaste. A good beer here.

On draft at the Harleysville location. Served in shaker pint glass
Dark brown in color, not quite black. Thin head that fades. Mildly roasty, but on the sweeter side. A little thin bodied for an Oatmeal Stout for me
