A single-batch pickle sour ale from Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company, which held a "Pickle Palooza" event in August 2025 to celebrate its launch. The name is a play on words, as the beer's recipe is meant to emulate the flavors of a dill spear.
Here are the key details about "It's a Dilemma":
Flavor: A salty gose base combines with classic pickling spices like black peppercorn, dillweed, coriander, and mustard seed. The brewery describes it as having a "zippy acidity, a whisper of citrusy funk, and a wallop of dill".
Release: The limited-time beer debuted in mid-August 2025 at Neshaminy Creek's taprooms in Croydon, Dublin, and Harleysville, as well as at select distributors in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Launch party: To mark the beer's release, the brewery hosted its first-ever Pickle Palooza at its Croydon taproom. The event included local pickle vendors, pickle-themed cocktails, food trucks, and a free screening of the Seth Rogen film An American Pickle.

If you like pickle juice, u will like this beer. The pickle taste overpowers the beer and provides a jolt. I needed a real beer after this one. Clearly a novelty beer for one time try only.
