Pours a hazy yellow with no head but decent lacing. Smell is fruity as in tropical. Peach is there on the taste with the hops being pushed back. Goes down easy. A very refreshing IPA.

4th review. OK. Peach but more of a hazy NE IPA, easy going.
a) Hazed yellow body with decent lace.
s) oaty, peach, pine (georgia?) with tropical fruit salad.
t) Follows smell, more bitterness tempers.
f) Mid weight and palate.

Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is light straw, slight haze, bubbly effervescence, head presents one plus fingers thick and then dissipates to solid top with great lacing.
Smell is dry peach, light malt and hop with the characteristics of the mosaic, azzaca and simcoe all notable, with light tropical fruit, subtle cattiness, and light pine.
Taste is peach, then bitter hops with the similar aromatic characteristics presenting in the flavor with peach rind, dry pine, subtle pineapple.
Mouthfeel starts soft then becomes a bit harshly dry and drying, odd lingering bite on the tongue.
Overall a peach beer for sure with the hops presenting through the aroma and less so through taste, I just don't prefer the flavor and presence.

A very strong peach in the nose, and more muted but mature flavor on the taste. A good match for the peach flavor has been made with the hops. Without the peach infusion, this would not be a very bitter IPA, but has a very good crushable mellow taste. I would think this would be a great summer day beer if you had a thirst to quench and were really thinking a fruit-flavored beer.

Ohboyohboyohboy! Today, F, 01 February 2019, marks the occasion of the annual Hula In the Coola Day! It is a day to put something in your cooler that will inspire you to dance the Hula in the face of Old Man Winter. I used to bring in a cooler full of assorted Juicy Juice & pretzels for my students when I was a full-time teacher & it would make all of us smile as I donned a grass skirt & did the Hula atop my cooler as we snacked. No more of that now, but I always smile with a new beer for review & rating. This one was a recent singles acquisition at the Friendly Greek bottle Shop (FGBS), a place that always makes me smile.
From the Bottle: "Peach IPA with Azacca, Mosaic, and Simcoe Hops". 8=)
Hops make me smile, especially where & when that mischievous kitty, Simcoe, is involved. She likes to do her kitty business unnoticed until her cattiness is detected, usually on the nose. Meow!
I Pop!ped the cap to begin this most auspicious occasion & followed that up with a slow, gentle C-Line pour to create just under two fingers of dense, bone-white head with decent retention that left great lacing in its wake. Color was an oh-so-slightly-hazy Yellow-Gold (SRM = 4 - 5). Man, nose was utterly redolent with fresh peaches! Mmm. I LOVE peaches! They are my second favorite fruit, right behind strawberries. This made me smile, even if it was out of spec for the style. Mouthfeel was medium. The taste had a candied peach flavor, like dried peaches, not as intense as on the nose, with a general pervasive fruitiness from the Mosaic hops and sure as shootin', Simcoe the Kitty had left her mark with a sharp cattiness. As to the latter, the beer's cattiness was especially noticeable on the finish. Finish was semi-dry & I would bet that the IBUs were rather low, comparatively. I really liked it, but not necessarily as an AIPA, especially given its lack of bitterness. YMMV.
