Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is straw gold, hazy but not dense, head is brighter white with fine/small bubbles, head presents 1 finger thick and dissipates to solid top with some spotty lacing.

Smell is mixed citrus rind, some grapefruit juice, hint of herbal hops, limited malt with light biscuit.

Taste is similar with a mixed citrus flavor - lemon, lime, grapefruit all come to mind, mixed with light herbal notes, really light pineapple character, malt is light but provides a cracker or biscuit quality flavor.

Mouthfeel is low bitterness, low/moderate sweetness, low bitterness, drying bitterness on the tongue.

Overall a citrus rind heavy ipa with light malt sweetness.

16oz can into a pint glass. Canned 12/8/20, so 3 weeks old.

Looks pretty good in the glass. Hazy dull pineapple juice color. Small bright white head dissipates to thick ring and faint covering. Some nice lacing.

Hoppy citrus aroma with a touch of cattiness.

On tasting, big grapefruit and pineapple hits, lasting citrus bitterness, some malt for balance.

Mouth is a bit thinner than would be preferred. Finish grapefruit bitterness.

Overall, one of the better EG beers I've had. 3 weeks fresh might have helped.
